Police, Threats, Stalking..............The Things You Don't Want At The End Of A Relationship.

Curious........

How Many Of You Ended A S&M Relationship And The Partner Went Psycho On You And Started Threats, Stalking, Phone Harrasment and Said They Would File Abuse Reports On You To The Police...........When Everything Was SSC?

Would Like To Hear How You Handled It.

More drama from the Husseys?

I'm shocked.  Shocked I tell you.

interesting....Ive always wondered if such a thing could happen, it has never happened to me, and hopefully should never happen as I am a caring Dom, but there are mentally unbalanced subs and doms, so you never know. Care to share a story or experience with us jezabelkh?

no personal story for me or Master, but it has happened to someone in the community, just a general question.

I think before a real shackup ever happened a contract might be a good thing, but who thinks about it. If she threw shit in my fan I would call lawyer #2 and take care of it.

I would hope she misses me later because I would never speak to her again.

That's about all I can say, because each story is different. Without specifics, one never knows, and one never knows if one of the parties are lying, or even both.

Actually if a Woman stalks a Man he should feel flattered, but I know this can't be considered, first of all it is not always the case, and second, I know there are Women who could kick my ass.

I wonder how two who would like each other enough to share a bed (and a belt) would get to this point. Of course I wonder this about vanilla relationships as well. Wrong decisions were made somewhere along the line, and pretty much I think those problems would be handled in pretty much the same way. I'm not saying handled well, it rarely is no matter who you are talking about. I have seen some nasty nast breakups, and while not the same, I don't think a BDSM relationship is all that different, once it is over.

So, the short answer is "Play it by ear".

yes i agree contracts are vital. in this situation in the local community a contract was signed between "A" and "b"....... and consent was given from "b" to "A", but the person "b" still stalked, trespassed, harrased by phone and threatened to call the police and charge abuse, and out "A" at their employer as retribution even though everything was SSC between "A" and "b" and written and agreeded upon in a contract between "A" and "b". Besides a law suit, what else would You suggest?

I was on the receiving end of a malicious trickster once and although I don't dwell on it very often now, after three years when I am reminded of her, I still want to rip her head off. She used to talk about consent being an amazing thing, as well as honesty and integrity etc. What she really meant she could dish out whatever shit she wanted and expect no comebacks. Having experienced this woman, when I hear about stalkers and the like, I often wonder what the other person did to deserve it.

Well, since the asshole took it one step further than all that was said above.....he actually broke into my home in the middle of the night.....and while i was there.  I shot him.
He  had a restraining order, he violated that numerous times...i went to the police several times and told them quite blankly:  he enters my home, he will be shot.  I followed through with that.   He spent 4 months in jail.  (this was in 1980)

I'd say that a contract of this type is only as good as the people making it. When human emotions are in play lots of things go out of the window.

A could be badly-done-by........b may feel badly-done-by......either or both may have invited whatever has been *visited upon* them.

The bare bones say nothing really.........just a situation.

I think one should have a contract & get it Notarized... Now before you get all riled up you need to understand that a Notary is NOT notarizing the contract but just the individuals signatures on it so there's no need for them to read it... All you need to have is a cover page basically saying this is a Contract between A & B , then a blaze' index page listing the sub-divisions of the contract... Also the Notary seal goes on the back page so if you go in & just flip it open to the back pages  more than likely their not going to try to read it... If they do try to read it, tell them it's a top secret Business contract be courteous but remind them you're only there to have them notarize your signatures... If they insist on trying to read it tell them you'll find another notary, Be Polite but Firm...
Have 3 Copies of the  document one for each party & one to be held by a Neutral Party....
It May not hold for much in a court of  law but it would at least show consent...

No, but I had one decide to punish me for releasing her on an internet board like this one.

That was drama enough.

I'm more cautious in my choices now.

Why would one get into a relationship with someone who was psycho to begin with?  Not enough screening at first or what?
Good reason why one should get to know their partners before starting any such relationship with them.

Master slave contract have NOOO legal value!!

one reason is that no one can agree to let someone els spank beat or harm (i know its not really harming but its not how the law see's it)them in the way many S n M relationships are.

So it a slave is bitter and wishes to press chrges that the Dom beat her well a contract make little difference
