(a spin off of the Controlling Women's Sexuality)

Actually, you guys did it all wrong.

If women were in charge, we would run the country, design the buildings, take care of business.

This a reverse prostitution scenario

Then we would keep you guys as breeders.  It wouldn’t be a bad life.
We would make sure you are fed, clothed and have a roof over your head.

You would be milked daily and your sperm kept on ice.  You would profit by being an example of your quality sperm.  It would be sold to whoever wanted it.  We would let you keep 30% of the proceeds.  From this 30% you will buy what you need to keep uyp with the expectations of the female community.  If we deemed you too homely or weak of mind, you would be put out to pasture working in the fields.

You would have to maintain your appearance. You would need to work out regularly, dress becomingly, keep your weight down and your appearance up.  But don’t worry, we will tell you what is expected.

In return- we will propagate when we choose, you will never have the burden of having to actually help raise the children and this should take care of the abortion problem.  There will be no more wars.  (Unless one female leader of a country wears the same dress as another leader of another country during a UN meeting)

You will still have some work as we will keep you around to open pickle jars and move the heavy things.

LotusSong, we will have breasts, pussies, and periods, and the women will have penises.  Then I will apply.

You simply don't get it do you?  Is it just possible that the societal roles of men and women that you find so objectionable are a byproduct of the respective biological, psychological, and biological roles of the genders?  These roles didn't come about yesterday.

So which man abused you?

suspect your plans may get spoiled by testoerone version of Osama Bin Ludite living in the hills of Kentucky...........

If you sell the sperm by quantity there will be a lot of hungry men - perhaps thats your plan to get those bellies down.

That, above all else, is hilarious.

Also, there was an episode of Sliders like this. John Rhys-Davies' character ran for president, despite it being a female-dominated position in that universe. It all led up to a rousing climax, when he had to decide between Sliding out in the hopes of one day finding his home-universe, or staying to become the first male president.

I don't remember the ending, though. I probably flipped to one of those violent, stupid shows us men all apparently like.

While I find the concept to be humorous (as I'm sure was your original intent), it's also terrifying to think that some truly unbalanced people would read it and think it was a good idea.

Boy are you taking this personally!  Missed your prom huh?

I've always been treated with respect.  I love men. Always have.  The whole thread was about the crontrol issue as if a man feels he has to keep a woman as property (not all- I hear you).  It's just so unecessary.  So take a breath.  Write me privately if you want.  People have opinions and they are entitled to them.

"if a man feels he has to keep a woman as property".

Pondering that one. I dont feel I have to. I like the feeling of having one. And sometimes I don't want one as "property", but at other times there is nothing in the world so arousing and adrenilin raising as treating her like a piece of meat........

I have tried to rationalise why this is the way it is but actually failed misserbly.........it just is...........

Sounds pretty good to me - a far more sensible way of ordering things!

amastermind - could you please tone it down a little? "so which man abused you?" is an unbelievably crass thing to say, and especially daft after you had made a reasonable point about societal roles arising from the respective genders, as it diverted attention from that point. I disagree with putting people into little boxes dependent on their gender, and we have long since broken free of that thinking, but still your point was valid and could have been developed on, rather than reverting to the comment you made.

However, the topic for this thread being utopia rather than reality, I would say Lotus had it pretty much spot on. The only changes I would suggest would be to ensure that the guys did all the work, (not just farming), generated the wealth and so on, whilst the work was supervised and the wealth controlled by the Ladies. We only have to see that supervision, management and control just result in stress and misery for males, to accept that they are unsuited to these tasks, whilst if males are permitted to concentrate on the things they are suited to, they enjoy their lives. Women are far better suited to supervision, management and control as these require and make use of the superior social skills which females possess.

Think about it guys - a life where you can play with dirty machines (or whatever boys' toys you prefer) all day long, without the responsibilities of present day masculinity! Now that surely cant be so bad, can it? Not a life of slavery either - you would be valuable and valid members of a female run society after all, and in the end we do love you - otherwise we wouldnt be prepared to take all those burdens from you.

E

Lotus, not really.  Bullshit is what is left when a cow takes a dump.  Or, figuratively, an opinion based on faulty logic or facts, or in the face of common sense.  Not much left to the eye of the beholder.   A better saying would be "The smell of bullshit is in the nose of the passerby."

And I am at work, cannot/do not drink.

I see some niche marketing opportunities

"Spider out" - rapid reaction task force for removing spiders from the bathroom
"Call a meaningless compliment-o-gram" Mobile phone service to tell you tat you look great and still have the figure you had twenty years ago
"Chuck out Now Corporation" off shoot of Spider out, designed to remove teenage duaghters from bathrooms after 45 minutes of inactivity and thereby ensure efficient operation of morning routines.

The options are endless

LadyEllen, fair enough.  I withdraw that comment.

I think most men would be happy to play with toys all day and have everything taken care of.  Except there are two problem.  One of which is the primary "dirty machine"  we want to play with is women.  Secondly, I don't know why you say that women are better at supervision, management, and control and have better social skills.   Could you imagine how trade negotiations would fare if one ambassador told another that she looked fat in a dress?   Have you ever seen a pride of lionesses disinintegrate when a male wasn't around?  What makes you think humans are much different?
