Tonight's menu consists of baked salmon with dill, au gratin potatoes, and fresh baby carrots and broccoli.  I prefer my veggies raw.

tonight I am making steaks . not sure exactly how I'll be preparing them ... but as I am a great cook for a bachelor and I know who rachel raye is ... I will figure out some mouth watering meal to prepare .. I love cooking it's a passion second to music ..... and being a single Dad means I have to cook or we'll starve.

An Abruzzese pasta fagioli made with saffron and chickpeas.  Then, arroz con pollo and some string beans.

Edited 'cause of a typo.

I'm being a bad girl tonight.  I went with the 'rents to IHOP and decided against actual food.  Dinner consisted of the Banana caramel cheesecake and 2 pots (yes pots) of coffee.  Not my fault they eat slow!  I guess finally getting my lunchbreak at 3, eatting dinner seemed useless but far be it from me to turn downa  trip to a restaurant.
