Tuna casserole, bell pepper, tomatos, bing cherries, and a slice of whole grain toast with butter.

How ADHD am I when I got online to order dinner from a place in town, and got sidetracked here and forgot about dinner.  Had to have happened since I am here without the unmentionables...  they would never have let such a slip occur!

*giggles*

Home made applesauce, a nasty Bertolli's frozen meal that I dumped in the garbage, and some ice cream.

Similar to "Outback's" Alice Springs Chicken & mixed veggies.
(chicken breasts covered w/ generous slice of  Monterey Jack cheese and then bacon slices)

I ate almost 1/2 of a small chicken breast and about 2 tablespoons of mixed veg (mostly carrots - ,  don't get me wrong I usually LOVE carrots but not these) .

Today I went to a BBQ and had ribs, corn on the cob, green beans, potato salad, banana pudding, and apple pie.  Back to healthier eating tomorrow!

A grilled stuffed burrito from Taco Bell, except it was only 3/4 stuffed and had hot sauce pouring out one end (like I probably will later). No pushups for me tonight.

Awwww, my poor friend.

*hands Level some Immodium A-D, Tums, Rolaids, whatever it takes*
*gentle hug*

ps - don't ask Ron for assistance, he recommended a butt plug once for a gal with similar issues...

lol at Doctor Ron... I think Ron would advise butt plugs for any ailments with a cute female patient, that devil.
