Don't be depressed...ok, try not to be depressed. Love yourself, no matter your size...remember, health and beauty is NOT a number on a scale. Trying and not seeing results is so tough... Have heard that, in the beginning of any weight loss endeavor, it is normal to do a lot without seeing results on the scale, especially if you are weight training. Building muscle even adds weight sometimes, even if you have reduced fat. Have also heard that weight training is good - light, nothing too strenuous, the goal being to add muscle, which burns more fuel than fat. Also adds tone, which makes you look better faster. You can get small hand weights at any department store for that. And you are so NOT alone in trying and not seeing results!. :) Squats while taking a shower works too...just don't ask about how THAT one came to light. lmao
