Perhaps I think about trust differently, but I don't think that is the issue here -- to me this looks like a blatant act of disobedience, assuming you were clear in telling her not to repeat it. So I'd look at just how important this is and if her behavior is correctable -- if it looks like she'll be just a disobedient pain-in-the-ass or she was intentionally embarassing you, then get rid of her. Otherwise, make sure she learns never to make a similar mistake again.
