well, if it had been my regular manager, who moved on to a different store, he would have hired me back because i was his best employee and i worked when nobody else would, also, it was because of the other manager not hiring enough people to assist in the job that brought on my having injured myself in the first place, unfortunately, Georgia is one of theose stupid "Right To Hire" states and a lawsuit was not allowed. i know, i checked with several lawyers i've seen alot of companies loose alot of good people over stupid crap like this. if i ever did manage to get a store location of my own, i would fight more for my people. i think alot of managers lose sight of what is important in a work environment. witout good people, you can't have a good product or service...without that, you can't make money...which really isn't as important as making the customer happy
