Level:Hi mbmbn [;)]. About Bradshaw..... he struggled the first few years of his career, and he did NOT look like a Hall of Famer; over his career, if I remember right, he threw almost as many ints and tds.... but of course, he has 4 rings. Yup, this was pretty much the discussion. They were discussing whether or not Bledsoe should be a HOF er, given that his numbers are better than many of the other HOF QBs. Just a couple of comments, Bradshaw did play in a different era, an era when db's were allowed to mug receivers all the way down the field. Bradshaw was not very good his first few years, and the Steelers won their first two Super Bowls by running the ball and with defense. But by the second two Super Bowls, Bradshaw and the passing game caught up. In Super Bowl XIII, Bradshaw threw 4 TD passes and was named the MVP in the win over Dallas. In Super Bowl XIV, Bradshaw was 14 of 21 for 309 yards, with two TD's and again was named MVP in the win over the Rams. That's an average of 22 yards per completion, unheard of today. However, in the interest of full disclosure, Bradshaw also threw 3 INT's in that game. TB belongs in the Hall, Bledsoe does not. Dan
