NWAZ928 -> Enforced diet starvation (11/8/2006 12:11:52 PM)

Looking for any advice or tips about enfoced diet or forced starvation

mnottertail -> RE: Enforced diet starvation (11/8/2006 12:13:12 PM)

for who?  Don't enforce starvation, a really bad idea.

Don't eat, but supplement that by having a sip or two of water every third day or so.

LuckyAlbatross -> RE: Enforced diet starvation (11/8/2006 12:19:23 PM)

Talk to a doctor/nutritionist.

Starvation would likely go into the "edge play" type of things and is generally not recommended for long term enforcement (or short term really if your goal is weight loss over the long term and to promote health).

A starvation based diet is not healthy. In the end, you will gain it all back, plus more. Trust me on this.

As far as enforcing it...it will only work as well as the person dieting wants it to work. Every diet needs to be balanced and supplementation is important.

Try starting at WebMD and researching diets.

why the heck would you want to starve someone?

nursecaresforyou -> RE: Enforced diet starvation (11/8/2006 1:17:28 PM)

I know the person and the Sub would only want to do this for 2 to 3 days max.......

gypsyssoul -> RE: Enforced diet starvation (11/8/2006 1:32:27 PM)

can't say i agree with it
but to each their own ...

want it all the more ...
i wish you the best

People fast for all sorts of reasons (including kink) and it can be done for most people without any long term detriment to the person.

But again, if the goal is to enforce long term weight loss or healthy- this is not the way to do it.

When the enforcee begins gaining weight because their metabolism is all messed up from the starvation, please feel free to start another "we hate overweight people" thread.

MmakeMme -> RE: Enforced diet starvation (11/8/2006 2:11:18 PM)

I do three- and four-day fasts a time or two a year. It used to be to rid my body of toxins when I was eating primarly organic food but still ate some processed stuff for convenience. Now I use it to aid in meditation. Anyway, drink LOTS of juice, keep your blood sugar up, take supplements, and don't do it for more than four days without a physician's assitance. Dangerous stuff there.

I've no clue. I think that's unhealthy and damaging to body and mind.

The loud crash that you will not hear will be the persons kidneys slamming them into a failure that they may not be able to recover from.
Drink plenty of liquids whenever fasting; water has no caloric value, but will fill them temporiarily, clear broths without noodles are a staple diet supplement.
PLEASE,DO NOT subject the person to liquid deprivation. The consequences can be sudden and terminal. A lifetime on a dialysis machine is not a very attractive alternative to death either.

If this is a serious thread..... then some alternatives that might be worth considering...

Please please do not start scrwewing around with Starvation, it can really mess up the metabolism and also if the girl has any weight concerns at all can be detrimental to the mindstate and the mental health.
What might be effective and no-where near so dangerous would be some sort of supplement diet for a few days, I'm not sure if you have heard of a very low calorie diet, they are nutritionally complete formula diet used for long term weight loss and maintenence in severly overweight people and usually overlooked by a phsycian, the packs come in the form of milkshakes, unlike things like slimfast they contain ALL the nutiients the body needs to stay healthy and keep the metabolism functioning, maybe putting your sub on something like this would work for a couple of days, or on something like "enlive" which is again, a booster shake given to people having trouble eating to ensure they get propper nutrients like the sick or elderly, these things would give the mental concept of Starvation without the physical risk.

hey.. if you really want to go with the nothing by mouth diet.. find a registered nurse somewhere who has access to IV fluids and just keep them on that for 3 to 4 days..

Also inform the nurse that she could lose her license for using unprescribed IV fluids and practicing without a doctor's orders.
