Speaking of Harley riders they should use turn singles before switching lanes and stop the tuff guy looks,Bikers are not so tuff when comes to a full size truck on the open road.

My law:

Before you can drive a car, you must do a safety check of the lights and turn signals on that car.
I see too many where the brake lights or backup lights do not function as well. Those items would be required to be checked also.

Failure to do so would place you liable for any accident.
