and I walk the line......... there are more but my meds are kicking in lol

In William Shatner's defense, I have to admit that he is one of my favorite comedic actors.  His turn as the Big Giant Head on Third Rock From the Sun was simply a scream from beginning to end.  His line in that movie with Eddie Murphy and Robert DeNiro where he played himself (as T.J.Hooker) and opined that he really wished Robert DeNiro could act just floored me.

His acting became a lot better, it seems, when he stopped taking himself seriously as an actor and started enjoying the ride.

But that is just me and I could be wrong.

Yes!  i absolutely love him in Boston Legal also.  His madcow penis was absolutely one of the funniest things i've ever heard.

i lost interest due to malcontents and really haven't read every single post.

Nice...  I'll remember that next time I try to answer your questions seriously and with a sincere reply (pg. 5).
*makes me wonder why I bothered...*
well, maybe babygirlangel read it and got something out of it...  *sighs*  [&:]

No offense, Daddysredhead, but this thread has moved on to the only conclusion it would ever come to; funnels coming out of Picard's head and Captain Morgan.

Free association at it's finest.

RED!

I have a hard limit drinking Picard's synovial fluid.

Just me, etc.

Sinergy...

I was thinking along the lines of a something a little more "festive and champagne fountain-ish" and not so icky.  [:'(]  Not being very Star Trek savvy, I should've just stayed out of that part...  lol...  [:D]

i ask, because orgasm with a partner isnt something i've experienced yet.... hopefully one day.. but i really am curious if one has the get "there" before subspace...

In my experience, they are mutually exclusive.  One can have subspace and not have orgasm, and vice versa.

I have never found this to be true. While I can enter subspace without having achieved orgasm (from a scene during a play party), I also achieve subspace after sessions with my partner in which I recieved many orgasms.

Yeah, that's what I said....one can happen without the other.  You just said it's not true, and then literally retyped what I said!

They are NATURALLY OCCURRING CHEMICALS in your own body.

While there is some truth to your comments about the ones you posted.  Excess cortisol will destroy your internal organs over time, despite being a naturally occurring chemical in the body.

Of course, cortisol and ACTH are what your body uses to counteract adrenalin, so it only really becomes a problem for people with chronic fear, panic disorders, ptsd, etc.

I am not sure why they sell it as a weight loss medicine.  I guess I know what I will be googling next...

For fuck's sake here....we've got someone who can't even get the concept of SUBSPACE and you're going to fling around those words?  I'm trying to abide by the KISS principle.

No... you said they are exclusive. You have one or the other. I said I have had both.

*bangs head on the desk*
Yes, I said that in reference to the person who asked a specific question whether you need orgasm before subspace....or can they be "stand alone".  I said they can be stand-alone, exclusive, one can happen without the other.  You seemed to say yes, they can happen alone, or together......
Forget it.  Ugh.

Well, I am saying that either can stand alone or happen together. But when I read your post it seemed to say that in your experience only one happened. Just attempting to add my own insight, however small it might be. I'm sorry if I misread your post.

Actually....William Shatner and Leonard Nemoy did a rendition of 'Walk The Line' on Nemoy's album Spaced Out: The Best of Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner ('best of?....lordy)

Other hatchet songs by Shatner:
Mr Tambourine Man
Rocket Man
The Real Slim Shady (on Futurama)
My Way

On a related note, this thread reminds me of Star Trek 1, the movie.

We could all learn an important lesson from that movie; "When an alien intelligence of unimaginable cosmic power inhabits someone in order to learn about your species, have it immediately take a shower.  After that, parade her around the ship in a skimpy robe.  Any appreciation of human culture needs to be based on a firm understanding of 'gawking' and 'leering'."

I wonder if there is a "worst of" for those two.

A couple of radio djs here in Los Angeles play that stuff every so often, it is a scream.

It was especially a scream when they had William Shatner do some of it live in their studio.

But it doesnt hold a candle to the two of them playing trumpet and trombone alongside Tom Jones.  They will be the first to say they have never taken a lesson.  Oddly enough, they say it like that is a good thing.
