Fortune 500? Maybe some drug (er.... medicine) related list.  Maybe the widows and orphans "Blue Chips."  But I know of no list for Blue Chips, so I'll say "The list of 100 companies that are used to calculate the DJ Average."  Final answer.

ETA: The current DJ Average list has had additions and subtractions of various companies over the years, but Dow Jones always uses exactly 100 companies.  They started with one share from each company, but splits and such cause the number of shares to fluctuate.

ETA:  I think that "they are all medical companies" is a red herring, right?
