I wish I could start to believe that but unfortunately I think that it's probably alot closer to say that we have a naive OP who is afloat in a world that she doesn't understand or have the life skills to deal with being guided by a "real life Master" who has her convinced that she needs to bow to someone online for some additional "training" and just to be on the safe side, she must have some clueless wonder who has a God complex incorporated into the mix to "keep her in line" when he's too busy to do it himself....because Lord knows that is the way that real submissives and adults do it. Just My two pence...I would have just blocked the person and let it go at that. Why bother to pour fuel into a fire that's already raging?

As a further note, the person that initailly sent the email was WAY out of line. Being a Dominant does not give one the right to make those types of remarks to another person's submissive. However, I think that sempur's Dom had the right idea, and Thier advice should have been followed in the first place.

I respect Goreans who have proven that they deserve to be Masters, as well as those tat respect that not everyone follows their code of beliefs and not everyone is going to bow to them just becasue THEY are Gorean Masters. Unfortuantely, GG has missed that point.  Someone is a sub becasue it is their nature. They are not going to respect you as a Dominant just ebcasue you say you are.  I dont expect respect until I have given them a reason to respect me. You might want to try it

That's exactly the point I was trying to make.  Being Gorean is not the problem.  This guy *isn't* Gorean.  Serious Goreans don't generally act like that.  But roleplayers claiming to be Gorean, or elvish Gorean ninja assassins, etc etc, very often do act like that.

Hi,               I think servussemper did a very good job of dealing with the person in that she did not allow the person in question to drag her mentality to a rude and vulgar level. For that I applaud her reply. Do I think she should have continued to reply to the mails that were sent to her? No. But, how many of you can say you have never made a mistake? I make them all the time four or five times on Sundays and Wednesdays. I can also tell you that she is a woman I know this because I have the luxury of being able to get up from this glowing box and walk into the next room to talk to her. So, if the gender comment was directed at her I just resolved that issue. Though I think you were talking about the GoreanGuy. GoreanGuy: I wish you luck in your conversation here. You’re going to need it. I might suggest an “I am sorry” and then move on from there.             Also to answer the intent of the original question… I don’t know why people feel the need to be rude and insulting to people they don’t know. Maybe their mothers did not hug them enough or their inner child is pissed off or on for that matter… It could be any reason. This has really degenerated into a pointless fight that has little or nothing to do with the topic. Let’s all just relax…   Blackhaven

Completely off topic, so as to go along with the trend of diverting to other interests *giggles*

I'm still rather new to the online thing, so I tend to read a lot of profiles and liked the pose of your avatar, but it wasn't until I saw the 2nd pic you have posted that my heart melted a bit -- beautiful posing enough to have been taken by someone with some background in photography, and yet so sweet in its way because of (what I am assuming) the peek of Master's toes at the bottom corner.

Something about it just felt very "marriage", that it is alluring and clearly sexy, but there's that strong sense of the comfortable atmosphere and serene vibe of a married/loving couple.  Beautiful and very endearing, hope to have some like that with my partner in the near future

the last post in the thread I am going to make is that WHY am  I getting ripped on? I told her exactly what BlackHaven said and they started flaming Me. you people say that I am not Gorean but I am going to ask how truly old are you that you have to resort to try to get under My skin and bother someone INSTEAD of answering the question she originally asked?
