Status: offline 		Hi everybody, has anybody had any trouble with your toys in you check in bags. I would never try to bring any of it in carry on. I wanted to know. It's just normal stuff. Whips, crops, rope, cuffs, strap-ons... you know....

Status: offline 		Last trip to Vegas i brought several items back in checked baggage.  It was obvious when i opened the bag that it had been searched but everything was there and nothing was said about it.  Now customs at the Canadian border was a bit different.  The guard went through every bag in my auto and looked a tad embarrassed and confused about what some things were used for.  There again i had to exit my car to open the back end since he was not able to figure it out.  Then he didn't even have the courtesy to close the bags yet and of course while he was going through the more interesting items he held them up and the cars behind me were able to catch a glimpse if they were looking.  LOL was hoping he would ask but he didn't just told me to leave.  Don't know if i am on the naughty list now or not but well he got atleast embarrassed and that was worth it lol....

Status: offline 		Just don't throw a vibrator in the garbage at an airport. I remember someone posting that a terminal was evacuated because of the unknown noise coming from a garbage pail.

Status: offline 		When I make my travel arrangements I call the hotel and let them know I'm shipping a package that I will need to retrieve when I arrive at the hotel and they have generally been very helpful in that regard.

At least take the batteries out.  In fact I remove the batteries before packing them in my luggage.  I have three that I rarely travel without and I can imagine the commotion if one started vibrating in the bags.  *g*

Status: offline 		In crossing the border as a truck driver it depends on the mood of the border patrol. I had to get creative about a home made ball gag and told them it was for backrubs. If you are going to canada they will confiscate porn if they search. If you are flying keep it simple and mail it. Its worth the trouble and there's no stress about loseing your favorite toy's.

Status: offline 		A friend and I have started an adult toy company and were flying locally to do some business.  The visit coincided with a BDSM conference, however because most of our baggage limit was used for our toy products I had no choice but to put my personal B&D gear in my carry on luggage and my biz partner sex toys in hers.  I completely forgot the bag would be scanned and in the rush to get packed for our trip didn't have much clue as to what toys I'd put where in the end. 

Beep, beep the scanner goes and I was asked what were the chains in my bag... looking at him blankly I was thinking eek what chains?  Cripes what is in my bag?  

Telling him it was B&D gear he looked at me dubiously and proceeded to dig deep into my carry on to find whatever they'd seen on the screen.  My bag was full of god knows what and wasn't sure what he would pull out so I suggested I search for the items in question.  Digging deep I grabbed at the first metal thing I could find and pulled it out. 

Instantly he grabbed if off me for inspection and just as fast threw it back at me in disgust and told me I could go.

The offending item?  A 7 ring gates of hell cock ring :-)

I know several people who have had that happen crossing the canadian border.

Status: offline 		My boss just traveled between Washington and California, and went through the airport security with metal urethra sounds in her bag, had it searched, had to tell them what they were.

My mentor and his sub have a 24/7 slave who lives with them. He works in Heathrow airport and travels abroad regularly. He has to stay away from home for a few days at a time while he works. When this happens, they attach a CB3000 to him.

One day he phoned up in a bit of panic as he had been told that he was off to Holland with work on a rush job. He had to travel through about five or six sets of security. At every single set, the padlock on the chastity device showed up! He TWICE had to drop his trousers to show what it was!!!

His Master was really choked by his slaves loyalty by not finding a bolt cropper and taking the padlock off. He was also choked by laughing so hard!

Status: offline 		My first time i met Master, i had a flogger, crop, handcuffs and my slave contract.  When i arrived in fort lauderdale......everything was there in my luggage, but when i came back to Ottawa, i could see that someone went thru my clothes and my slave contract was gone. 

I was a bit embarrassed because i got search twice at the airport and that was at the canadian border.  Last september when Master came down to montreal, he didnt get any problems.

Status: offline 		My husband and I flew down to Florida to spend a few days with a friend and attend a fetish event back in March.  We packed all our toys and fetish wear in the check-on suitcase.  On the way down we didn't have any trouble except that my husband obviously has 'a look' that the security people don't like as they stopped us and searched him every chance they got.  On the way back they left him alone but when I opened our suitcase it was VERY obvious that the bag had been completely unpacked and then repacked.  There was even a little card on top letting us know it had been searched.  I can only guess what they though about the toys and fetish outfits inside.

When my dominant and I were living long-distence I took to wearing silk scarves, which I bought for bondage use, around my head, like they were meant to be worn. The first time I arrived by Greyhound to see him, he took my headwear, grinned and said "Now that's a good way to transport a toy!"

Try bringing toys that also household objects: Hair brushs, wooden spoons and the like. I would recamend getting there early just in case they want you to turn on any of the stuff so they know it's not really a bomb. You have to do that with some electronic stuff, don't know about vibrators. But they've probably seen it all realy.

Nope. Now if it were one of his computers, that would have been different.  But a stolen flogger is a stolen flogger. I had had it made for him.  So I made him another, myself.  I miss it though, it was an awesome flogger.  He likes the one I made better, though, so it's all good.
