haha.  I never even thought of that.  What a remarkably good strategy.  Come on here and whine and bitch about an HNG email (when in reality they are bragging "look what I got"), or that they were criticized for being fat and ugly, and true to form everybody swoons and butters each other up instead of facing reality.

Well well...how very interesting that others would try and guess at my motives when I already stated them on one of the later posts.  When I get such an email (very much in the minority at maybe 4-6 since I have joined), I do as many others do, I hit deleat.  However, as a born lover of information and student of human behavior models-I really did just want to get an idea of why.  I really don't need the 'attention', and yes, I realize now how that seems rather a self-serving thing to say.  But what I really was looking for was a dialog on why individuals who self-idenitfy as submissives/slaves would react so stringly, hatfuly, and randomly...maybe I am too new to the groups here to realize that I was going to get far less of what I was hoiping for- discussion, and more of 'oh she just needs to have her ego stroked' musings....maybe what I really wanted was exactly what I said I wanted- insight...

insight? insight to what? it is not really all that difficult to figure out- some asswipe emailed you a nasty letter- why?
because the person is a putz and felt like it.
they could very well be doing the same to others, so what..... delete the stupid thing and forget about it.

I've also gotten one guy who constantly sends me one- to two-word e-mails such as "pig", "fatass", "fat slob", etc. He must have no life. He's done it to me on three different profiles, and also to two of my friends (so far, that I know of). We've all reported and blocked him. What I don't get is why someone would want to waste their time searching out all the larger females on this site and message them. -rolls her eyes-

Status: offline 		Umm.  You do not have to search them out.  Have you ever browsed through the pictures?  There are a LOT of profiles of obese and/or ugly people and it does not take long to run across at least half a dozen of them.  Half the time I log on the other side I see one that I find less than appealing.  This person could very well be surfing through the profiles and emailing the ladies or gentlemen that s/he does not like and showering them with insults.  They are obviously very bitter people.

Ugly to you may be attractive to another.

It takes a lot less effort to click the "Hide Profile" button than it does to e-mail insults.

well, he was refering to swtnsparkling post from previous page, but yes opining about your op i suppose, however my actual opinion would be previous to her post, and I do think we have some teens up to no good on the site, and as I said between them and the lying married men,,,so many ladies end up pissed off and pooped on, which has the trickle down effect on us "innocent doms" I dont interfere with any discussion you may wish to have, but unless its with the cm mods and admins, nothing will change. Were I as imcensed as you perhaps are, I'd report each and every such vile message before I hit delete. Ive heard stories of the CM admin taking swift action, and others said they didn't, and it likely depends on the circumstances, content, and how theyre approached.

bottom line, im on your side. trust me.

Being interested in human behavior, especially abnormal or antisocial, is not necessarily a whining request for attention.  Perhaps it is an academic or personal curiousity and an attempt to find concurrence among other people's experiences.

Oh absolutely.  I 100% agree with you.  One of the reasons why I keep My mouth shut and do not send them nasty emails (the other being I have a lot more class than that).

Status: offline 		I get random hatemail every now and again.  Lots of times it sour grapes, the "Your boy is pathetic" type things.  I just ignore them.  The ones that comment on my looks, I tell them to stop wasting their time looking at my pictures and emailing me and get back to their search for the Goddess of their dreams.  *shrug*
When someone decides it mkaes them feel better to try and make someone else feel bad, I just nod and smile.  Ok, if it makes you happy to think that you, as somoene whose opinion I really coudnt care less about since I dont know you from Adam... then you go on in that litle fantasy.

I am not the only one here who said pretty near the same thing to the opthis is online for Christ sake and anyone whose been online knows this crap happens all the time. Looking for insight? please Can I play now? huh huh   I replied to a post much like many others did. In return there was  a reply post directed at me .I do not see myself as someone who has warranted such anger. This person  was rude and insulting towards me. I have never done anything to them. why would someone act this way?

Yep its happened to me and its easy to say "It ain't worth your time to bother" but a little harder to put into practice. Stuff like that can hurt, especially if you are a sensitive person. People tell you to "grow a thicker skin" but thats often easier said than done.

Status: offline 		My very first email on CM was an insult about the veracity of  my profile, and my lack, at the time of pictures.  It, of course, infuriated me, especially since the pictures were in the approval process, and this person had no idea whom I was, nor what I was about.  I responded, and the preson deleted the email unread.  I've since learned that some of these people are just such completely unhappy, miserable jerks that they have try to create unhappiness in the lives of others because they obviously have nothing better to do, and try to play at being Doms, in my case, because they are woefully inadequate, and attempting to make up for some other insecurity by trying to Dom, or in Your case trying to top from the bottom.  In either case, they just aren't worth Your time, or effort to get upset about.  Don't let it get to You.
