The correct latin plural is penes. Peni, or penii, are pseudo-latin and completely incorrect. Penises works too.

You now have entered an area in which I cannot form an opinion...(what is the plural of that? Areolas? in my mind; it is a distinct possiblilty) and further more if penis or caucus was used as the pluperfect participle in a sentence; would it still have any general meaning in the common sense, or would one explain it like the color green, giving examples until you catch on........
