Having cooked lobster back when they were cheap enough, most people have a problem with sticking them in boiling water. The steam coming through cracks in the shell sounds like a scream. Oh and don't boil them with rubber bands on, they'll get the rubber taste into the meat. Do use wood to jam the claws shut.

I used to get lobster fresh from the boat to my table when I lived in new england. heaves a sigh those were the days.

Before lobster became popular, they used to feed it to prisoners in Maine.

It's just another teen movie, mostly notable for starring John Cusak, Demi Moore, and Bob Goldthwait - the lobster scene might be the best scene in the movie.
