Dear undergroundsea, Ladies and Gentlemen; In my mind's eyes I see, why female Dominants might wish to do CBT, is due in part to the man's focus on his genitals as a source of manhood, masculine identity, masculine weakest point for attack and or to be protected. It is also something men are obsessed about, so much like a person can look up into the sky and soon more people will look up to the sky as well. So too, with a man's phallus. It also needs to be said, that it does not require fancy tools but, just a woman's hands-with long fingernails might help; to cause a man extreme pain in a woman's grasp. Sometimes it sends a man to his knees.
