ok, i know i will probabaly get flamed for this... but why is it ok for white christian americans to bomb innocent people in the middle east simply becasue they MIGHT have something to do with a terrorist org. or MIGHT have wepons .... but as soon as something happens in the states it is the end of the world?....i feel bad for the familty of the people who were killed in that mall.... but my simpothy only goes so far...... americans have done terrible things to the middle east in the last little while...i know, i know....the attacks on 911 were a horrible horrible thing.... but things like that happen all the time in other parts of the world and don't even reach our media..... alright, i know that my post isn't worded the best way.... but what i'm trying to get across is that terrorism isn't something that muslums do to north americans....it is something that PEOPLE do to PEOPLE....it happens all the time and comes in many forms..... so the fact that he was muslm should not matter...he could have done the same thing if he were christian, jewish any other religion....people do things to hurt or kill each other....people from every race, religion and oreantation do it.....so don't jump all over one groop simply becasue someone who is a member of that groop did something to hurt you....because every groop had good people in it too sorry about the typos, and spelling is not my strong point smile

ummm... I don't know how much I want to read into this thread. However, at first glance at the OP, I want to say that my LTR/vanilla partner (for 13+ years) is muslim... non-practicing one, but, still, muslim... and he is a peaceful, loving man who became an American citizen a couple of years ago. I can't stand seeing somebody equating terrorism to religion... really, really starts to irk me after a while. It's not the "muslims" it's the radical fundamentalists of *any* religion that messes things up for the rest of the members. Just my 2 cents... for whatever that's worth, probably not much. edited for clarity
