I been reading and old thread from SirKenin when he was bitching about the Tyra Banks show when she had what appeared to be a Halloween party in talking about Casting Spells, that thread unwittingly raised an ethical debate on superstition and myth in the modern day world where a 'simple' talk show can end up poking fun at what some people actually live their lives by. Being into the Occult, the dark, the unexplained and other phenomena i once waited in anticipation for a TV show to come on in England called 'The Face of the Devil', i've done quite alot of reading about various histories and origins of said 'Devil' and stupid STUPID me actually thought this was going to be a serious show...i may aswell have watched frikkin South Park or Aqua Teen Hunger Force (carl rules) this bloke presented the show..as you do giving a breif summary of what the purpose of the show was, to bring a kind of 'face' of the Devil so to speak...the show splits into 5 sections where they discuss serial killer Manson, some french dude who shot someone cos he is possesed by a 'Demon' the dude who shot people at night and said it was 'son of sam' (a dog), some famous house in the US where the basement was full of blood (not amytiville by the way) and they guy who lived there was getting strong compulsions to kill and the Jersey Devil...THEN the BEST part....they shoved all the faces together to form a childlike photofit! .....Laugh? I nearly SHAT! I wanted to kick the dudes brains out....now THAT belonged on Tyra Banks!
