My worst punishment is being told he is too upset with me and will not speak to me for a set period of time. I know he needs time to calm down, and we have discussed it, but it is a punishment every time he does it. I would rather be screaming and yelling and in contact with one another than shoved away and refused contact.

The worst punishment for me is to be ignored. Even when not in punishment, being ignored is the worst for me. It makes me wonder if i've done something wrong.

I think with me, the worst punishment would have to be having him angry with me or disappointed in me. There is nothing worse than seeing THAT look. Ignoring me would not be effective since it doesn't make me feel bad it just pisses me off. I quit a job because my boss kept doing that. Ask them something right there in front of them and they would act like I didn't exist. UGH!
