What I find intereseting is that it hasn't been brought up that probably, for the right amount, a great number (read most or all) of the strait MEN on this list would probably play a little skin flute whistle. A mil? Five Mil? 50K? What is your families security worth? Where is the line where their security trumps your own morality or sense of self? It's an interesting and endless question.

But back to grace and posture. Sometimes to stand straiter, or explore new ways of motion a ten session of Rolfing is helpful. If it is chalanging to stand well, or kneel well, or you have a galumping walk, you might consider it. :)

I agree with others that part of exploring grace is to slow down a bit. If all you do is take time to consider what you are doing, to be thoughtful, you will probably be more graceful in your actions. That thought, that taking of time, can manifest as grace.Good luck!!

Here, try this for hands (from my earlier post):

With your hands, try this: take two coins (quarters work well), and put one in each hand on the place where your middle finger meets your palm. Use your thumb to keep the coin in place- this is teaching you the position ballet dancers use to make their hands look delicate and refined. Slightly extend your fingers, but keep them a little soft. Ideally, you learn to keep your thumb pulled slightly towards your palm, but not actually touching it. For me, this is so ingrained that I hold my hands that way automatically whenever I am not doing something with them.

It might help. Otherwise- watch and learn. Look at dancers, and copy the way they hold their hands.

Speaking of grace, what a lovely post, behindmirrors.  Thank you.

Thank you for appreciating it! I like to be helpful when I can. *smiles*
