What I find intereseting is that it hasn't been brought up that probably, for the right amount, a great number (read most or all) of the strait MEN on this list would probably play a little skin flute whistle. A mil? Five Mil? 50K? What is your families security worth? Where is the line where their security trumps your own morality or sense of self? It's an interesting and endless question. But back to grace and posture. Sometimes to stand straiter, or explore new ways of motion a ten session of Rolfing is helpful. If it is chalanging to stand well, or kneel well, or you have a galumping walk, you might consider it. :) I agree with others that part of exploring grace is to slow down a bit. If all you do is take time to consider what you are doing, to be thoughtful, you will probably be more graceful in your actions. That thought, that taking of time, can manifest as grace.Good luck!!
