Boy..so many great movies...I would like to add.."Seven Samuri"..followed by the Western versison "Guns of the Magnificant Seven".  Boggie...he could do it like no one else.."The Malteze Falcon".  For me the all time Horror movie is the orginal "The Fly" ...that ending.."help me....".  It still sends chills up my spin.

My favourite tends to change from time to time, but for the most part, the same few remain at the top.  At the momenet my favourite film is "Still Crazy", though "Serenity" is right up there too.  Also, "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon", "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", "Bubba Ho-Tep", and "Bride & Prejudice".

I cried like a baby for the last 30 minutes of the Green Mile!  Also cried reading the book.....that was a great movie!

Also, The Evening Star w/ Shirley Mclane (sp) and Jack Nicholson.....I thought it was much better than Terms of Endearment....

All That Jazz...i can watch that over & over & never get tired of it...
& of course the choreography was impeccable

Not in my top five, but I do love the film. I was so insulted when they took the Fosse choreography out of Chicago ... only to end up imitating it half the time. What a sad disappointment of a film.

Hrm, I saw that ... never thought of it as a 'real movie' for some reason.

I have numerous favorites, but since the question is in singular: Raging Bull. One of the most single-mindedly determined acting jobs ever done, and astonishingly beautiful direction.
