*sigh*....so nice to meet my peoples again!!!!!

Gamers rock!!!!

-GameStop Employee for two years-
(and yes I dislike alot of what they do but I still loved working for them)

Hmmm I do love to play video games, though admittedly I don't play anywhere near as much as I used to.  It would be awesome if I had a dom that played with me.  As for giving up kills, exp, and loot... well I suppose it'd depend on the person.  This one dom to be I speak with online said he wouldn't want his submissive to fold in video games as it just wouldn' be fun, but thats just his personal opinion.  Though I don't know if I'd be willing to part with my beloved Rambling May just because my master asked for it.  (bonus points if you know what game I'm talking about :3  )

Happily, a lot of the good stuff in our MMO (LoTRO) is BoA so he can't even ask. *evil laugh*

LOL wonderful
FFXI it's not, at all.
actually I'm playing a bit Battle Forge but I don't consider it a real MMO
waiting for FFXIV! °____°

AquaticSub -> RE: Gamer subs! (10/2/2009 1:16:30 PM)

I have actually never played any of the FF games. It's one of those unusual things about me. Like I've never read any of the Harry Potter books. I hear great things but I'm just not interested.

petitbateau -> RE: Gamer subs! (10/2/2009 2:04:14 PM)

I guess it really depends what you're looking for in a game.
FF are generally stories of trust and deep friendship and sacrifice and bla bla
they speaks about love and bounds and the background they have is generally very nice.
:)
that doesn't mean they are for everyone.
and not soo many people actually played FFXI I'm afraid.

it's the same for me for the Potter series, except that I had to read them to see what they were speaking about

Ok finally something get my attention enough to post, and yes I read the post about Inspiring.

So were do I start, DM on D&D for the last decade and many jokes on "Dungeon master" title among my gamer friends, online I play DotA and PoxNora dam expensive that game got lately.

On table top RPG I started to play Houses of the Blooded with a bit of LarP escenario, the game is so much fitting the BDSM style that I might bring the game group to the next munch.

I dont play wow but I totally support the idea of the Guildom, having a shared pool of sub farming is the dream of the dominant munchinkin.

Also this year a nice lady joined my usual RPG forum with the nick Kymeratrix and started virtul soft bondage sesions with one of the mods as sub in the shoutbox; when the admins knew the forum got new rules only non sexual Role play.
It was meant as a page to extend games in Argentina we got diferent forums for the more interesting RPG ;)

yummee -> RE: Gamer subs! (10/16/2009 12:09:07 AM)

We just had a funny experience in WoW the other night while raiding in a guild 25-man dungeon.  A tier piece dropped that was for either Paladins (which B is) or Priests (which I am).  B rolled for the item, and I did not.  When the raid leader asked me if I was going to roll, I had to say, "He would beat my ass." lol

He gets first pick, always.  I do all of the farming and crafting, for both his toon and mine.  We've played many MMORPG's and he always chooses our classes, races and tradeskills.  He's got a real knack for perfect combinations.

Llyren -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 12:07:34 AM)

Having followed Aquatic's link from another thread, I re-discovered this threat.  And by the way, two and a half years later, I have neither gotten to play the Serenity/Firefly rpg, nor has my sister returned my book.  La sigh.   Come to think of it, she has my Munchkin game too, and some of my 3.0 sourcebooks...  Good thing she's my sister.

I never played them, but my ex, who was in fact a gamer, but who was also vanilla, and the most passive/aggressive, yet sexually passive individual I've ever met, would play them.  And I'd sit at the computer MUDding, and watch him play them, so I am fairly familiar with the games.

Aquatic, I resisted the Harry Potter books, but as long as you accept they're designed for kids, they really are good.

'I wonder... If it would be possible to set up something like a CM gamers night? Everyone whos interested in playing a mmorpg would like to meet up and get a game started?'

I was thinking more along the lines of a CM community server. That I could arrange. I've got the server software for UO, Meridian59 and Active Worlds laying around on cdrom and a place to run it, if anyone is interested. Personally I vote Meridian - easy to setup, pvp-oriented and with a small enough world to keep it interesting for the number of CM users on it.

Llyren -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 12:16:26 AM)

If it will run on my computer, count me in completely!  Are we doing hack&slash, or rp, or a bit of both?

Rhodes85 -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 12:36:20 AM)

It will run on any computer on virtually any connection. Its circa 1996 but its first person 3d. Its old but still a pretty good game. I'll boot up a test server and post a couple screenshots tomorrow. Doesn't matter to me how people want to play. I figure its the best choice because its a simple game and because theres all kinds of special equipment people can get like colored items, colored hair/skin, built in server wide events, guilds and guildhalls and things like that. Its all simple. Not to mention its easy to admin. It would be easy to have members of cm admin it themselves and run events.

Llyren -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 1:05:42 AM)

Text-based or graphic?  I've never played a graphic online game.  Having a thing for words means that I really do love text-based games.

AquaticSub -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 8:17:13 AM)

Darn it! I checked and you are kinda too far to drive over and play Firefly with us. Val REALLY wants to get the game started and we have some players but need a few more since I won't always play. I get frustrated with having to give up a Fri/Sat every week so I'm playing a nice little whore who will sometimes be... busy. [:D]

Llyren -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 8:22:56 AM)

Trust me, if I were in range, I'd be there!

If it is a battle stop RPG with side quests, count me in. Something party based and maybe we could do PvP with teams here.

Oh god, I just pictured all the subbies wanting to be cute elves, pixies ...Switches suddenly wanting to lead etc...

Llyren -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 9:07:17 AM)

Nothing wrong with playing elves.  Some of us were born with pointy ears, after all.

Though none of my elves are ever cute and pixielike.  And I'll follow as long as someone leads.  Nothing more annoying than a leader who stands there and goes, "Oh.. um... well... maybe we should...."

But give me a good solid leader, and I'll be one heck of a lieutenant.

breatheasone -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 10:46:02 AM)

i played WoW for a few years...i had a night elf priest i named Grammy on the server Stormrage.

Gothybunny -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 2:33:28 PM)

Awesome thread! Actually inspired me to post also.

It's been awhile since I've indulged in my gamer ways. *dusts off the crown-royal bag full of various types of dice*
I used to be with someone who also enjoyed table-top and MMORPG's with me. There was no submission involved in games though. Gaming was one of the areas I found where my skills surpassed his, and I guess that brought out the imp in me.
I'd help him out with quests or open portals for him in EQ2, but that's about it. Occasionally we'd just get bored and duel each other (while talking massive crap to each other since our computers were side by side in the same room). If I knew his SK's harmtouch was down, well then I'd own him and surprise myself by saying things like "take it and like it you pussy ass bitch!!!" (and I was the submissive one...)
In raids, I'd find myself being frustrated as the healer when he was in my group. Our MT just couldn't keep the aggro off my boyfriend whenever Deathmarch came up... after awhile, I just gave up on resurrecting him. "Sorry honey.. I dunno what's going on. I'm clicking on the res button, but nothing is happening. Must be some sort of glitch or something."
We used to play Eve Online also, and for some reason, I just couldn't resist the opportunity to load up a battleship and blow his defenseless mining barge to bits whenever I'd catch him dozing off at the asteroids. Yeah, I ended up paying for his clone and his ship and mods, (and other ways in the bedroom) but the look on his face was just priceless.
We'd play V:tm tabletop and LARP games, and our characters were usually allies. Although, one time it was a lot of fun to write up two rival characters and see who was the better puppetmaster. Surprisingly that ended up in a stalemate, but the tension was fun.
Damn... now I'm thinking about reactivating my Warhammer Online and Eve Online accounts.

Nightbird02 -> RE: Gamer subs! (11/19/2009 6:21:53 PM)

Ok, so I'm not a *real* gamer like the rest of yous...lol. I did used to play a couple of MMORPGs that I'm sure no one here's ever heard of though: Starships RPG or MafiaDeath, anyone???

Also was hooked on an RPG called Vampires: A Dark Alleyway (aka RavenBlack City). Don't do much writing anymore, but I still log on to move around and check up on all the drama
