My pumpkin actually made a faction change to be on my side. He helps me by making gear for me or doing quests, etc (like I do also, but more rarely, we usually do what I'm in the mood for). And of course he lets me win the duels against him after I threaten him with "one week no orgasms for you". [:)]( That's of course when we are in a more humorous mood.) But usually we just do stuff together (ingame) while talking on the phone to coordinate our actions.

Is anybody going to play STO(Star Trek Online) when it comes out? I know I definitely am going to give it a shot! It looks AMAZING. Klingon or Federation... choices choices!! >_<

I'm going to see about getting an STO beta key at least because I don't have a whole lot of faith in Cryptic. Outside of the amazing character creators, I wasn't terribly impressed with City of Heroes or Champions Online even though the genre is right up my alley.

If I do end up playing, I'm sure I'm going Kingon Empire. There's no way I'm missing out on an opportunity to pretend I'm a Duras sister. [:D]

FUCK! I was not aware this was coming out and yet, like a Firefly MMO, I am required to at least try it. How many choices of races do you get? Can I be a sexy green babe? [:D]

i don't think my crap laptop will run STO, sigh. i might invest in WoW though.

I think you'll be able to create an "alien" race from what I have been reading. You are not limited to just creating a human, klingon, vulcan... baejorn, or the variety of other races out there.. I mean... it seems there are pre-sets.. but then there is a "create your own alien" kind of thing they have too.. so I think in the realm of things... you could be a sexy green babe :)

Same here, except Dead Space and Assassin's Creed 2 were the two games to be finished on my end.

Already did Overlord II, which was exceptionally entertaining. Don't let the temptress tempt you away from it. [:D]

I'm not big on gore, and jump easily at surprises, but I still enjoyed it a lot.

The game has a decent story, and a fair bit of atmosphere, with some creepy parts, and "strategic dismemberment" is the primary form of combat in there. Ammo isn't scarce in the sense of always being short and often being out, but there's certainly not a lot to waste. Reaction times aren't as critical as being able to think quickly. If you're playing on an LCD screen, the lighting will be a bit low. Gameplay is straight forward and enjoyable, with a good control layout and a lot of attention paid to playability. It's probably the only game I've played so far in which there are no safe spots. You can literally be attacked while saving your game at a terminal.

Graphics and sound are PS3 class, of course, but I don't play for eye candy, so that's not what got me hooked.

Not sure what else to say. It was money well spent, as entertainment goes.
