Status: offline 		I have decided i am going to rant.  I have developed an ingrown hair on the edge of my clit.  Against my better judgement I decided to shave my pubic hair as so many Dom's show a preference for it.  I have now decided to state to the next male that tells me to shave " I will shave when you shave your balls"  so there what do you Doms think of that? When i get an ingrown hair it is painful to sit -stand - and walk.  I have to wait for it to get infected enough to either squeeze and bust or just go away.  I have to admit i have only had one once before in that area in my whole life and it was after i had to have a D&C done.   


Don't you feel it is only a fair exchange as i am tired of getting hair in my mouth when i suck your balls for you.  If i must shave to keep hair out of your mouth then you can too.  Are there any others that agree or disagree with me.  I am not looking to start a disagreement just a friendly discussion.

I have another question for the ladies on this area, maybe i should go to a diff forum for this but what the hell.  Is it possible to not be able to shave due to causing hair to become ingrown.  As both times i have shaved i have had this problem.  I used a Venus shaver with a new blade and a body wash lather was very easy and through.

Thank you for any help on this issue.

i have to say ive never shaved, i always either use (facial) hair remover, its not so harsh on sensitive areas, or i get waxed.
Apparently the best thing to use when shaving is hair conditioner as it softens the coarse hair & makes it easier to shave.

Status: offline 		I've also found that if you shave daily (even if it doesn't seem to need to be shaved) that it prevents ingrown hairs from occuring.

Status: offline 		I agree with Domin8tingUrDrmz (wow thats long!) ... what you need to do is keep shaving, somehow it keep those miserable little bumps to a minimum.  Use a fresh blade often too, a dull blade irritates. 

As for shaved balls?  ICK!  I prefer um natural.  A little hair here and there isnt a big deal.

Status: offline 		*Disagree* - with your attitude!  However, I'm one of the apparently rare Doms who loathes shaved pussy - completely shaved, anyway....
 
So what I expect of my girl is to maintain a trimmed "landing strip" down there and, in return, I'll keep myself however I like.  Sorry, there's no "what's good for the goose is good for the gander" philosophy in D/s; Dom commands and sub obeys - simple!
 
That said, if my girl was having a genuine problem with one of my expectations (such as your ingrown hair, for eg), that'd be something we need to discuss.  I'm not against a compromise or even waiving one of my rules if she were having a major difficulty with it, most esp health related.

I have shaved myself, yes including my Balls before.  Right now, I've been keeping rather trimmed.  But I have shaved and will shave in the future, including my balls.   I don't know, some of us men do do this from time to time.  Better this compared to having somebody spit out a hair from the mouth.  I know I like shaved or very well trimmed women myself. 

Don't know what to tell you about your ingrown hair problem, you should see about having it removed.

Have you done the wax treatment thing?  That's really good at hair removal.

In terms of ingrown hairs, I've only had that happen a couple times on my face.  I ended up taking an exacto blade and doing a little home surgery.  Turn out well, but then again, I'm crazy.  What can I say.

Status: offline 		The best thing I've found as a shave lubricant is shave gel, since you probably do it in the shower I like it because it doesn't run off the minute I put it on.  The venus is a good razor but make sure to change the blade every 3rd shave.

Fair enough?

I can, done it a jillion times both ways, you can, doesn't matter.  (Although doing it to/for one another is quite fun, and a little more thorough.)

While daily maintenance I'm certain is quite a nuisance, men (if they're anything like me) are probably more resilient and tolerant if daily is required.

Believe me, I know that for the ladies there are more 'tricky bits' to consider.

'Nads' produce a bottle of serum that is specifically for avoiding ingrown hairs and sore skin after any hair removal from waxing to shaving to electro - its excellent for sensitive skin.  Also massage the area regularly after shaving - as regular exfollation helps avoid ingrown hairs and  - although you cannot 'exfolliate' that particular area (unless you are a complete maso or pain slut) - a gentle massage with a soft flannel or sponge will assist - your partner can even incorporate the massage as a part of play which just is an added benefit.
 
Never shave against the grain of the hair either, as this is more likely to cause problems.

The reduced insulation means less sweat, less BO, increased testosterone, and giving me BJ's becomes a more attractive proposition to partners.

And lets face it, most women would jump at the chance to shave a mans face, scalp and scrotum, if only out of curiosity and bragging rights.



Has anyone tried using a pussy pump, to make the labia swell and make shaving easier? and if so, how did it go?

Status: offline 		I think you could reconsider the hostility and tone that you use here in the example to convey the great displeasure you have about shaving.
A more appropriate way would be to say you get the ingrown hairs and due to that you prefer not to shave.
I think the whole I will if you will pollutes an energy exchange with a partner and isn't the way to look at it at all.
What's next? I'll kiss your feet if you kiss mine, or I'll let you spank me if I can spank you?
The attitude and conditional requirements you posed just hit a sour note with e all together.
As far as the bumps....
I find if I shave every 2nd to 3rd day I get way fewer bumps.
I take my full shower first and leave the shaving till last so the skin is softer.
I wash my twat really well with my bar of soap first as bacteria getting into the hair follicle hole is what causes the ingrown hair to begin with.
I shave with a new razor each time I shave my twat.
When I get out of the shower I take a wash cloth with Witch Hazel on it and rub it over the shaved areas on either side of my lading strip as that's where I get bumps if I get them.
Maybe shaving isn't for you.
I don't think that has anything to do with you being a wonderful submissive or not if you have pussy hair.
I think the approach you suggested as the remedy is clearly topping from the bottom. That's what I think you should focus on more than to have/have not hair.

Status: offline 		As a guy, I found that first post offensive to men. I have shaved my balls for my Mistress for a number of years now, and have never had a problem. In the shower I do find that the hair conditioner trick works great. I do get a much more intense feeling being shaved down there.

I'm not a dom, but I don't think you are going to attract many dominants with that line.

Which is why I don't view it was fair or an exchange.  Its d/s... imbalanced, unfair, and sometimes sucky.  If you are your own person and don't have a dominant then you can grow your hair till you can braid it.  I know a handful of people that like pussy hair long, but most of the dominants I know prefer shaved.  So hey, maybe you'll find a dominant who likes it long.

Also have you considered trying something besides shaving?  There is waxing or also using a product called Magic shaving cream which is a powder that you put water in and then put it on your pussy to get the hair off (but you have to be a bit particular with it).
