The meaning of "very bi" has been explained, I think. I think that maybe some Doms want to let potential submissives know that they can provide for them, but they expect service in return. Daddy and I were once playing with another couple, and Daddy had left the room for some reason, and the man in the couple started telling me how well he and his wife take care of their girls- buy them things, take them travelling, etc. I don't think I said anything, but in my head I was rather annoyed that he would try to use money as a way to seduce me away from Daddy. It is nice to be with someone who is financially secure, it makes life easier, and to be honet, given the choice between two Doms, if all other things were equal (in as much as they can be)- attraction, kink compatability, general compatability, etc- I'd probably pick the more well-off Dom, but that's only if all the other pieces were already in place. It is nice to occasionally be pampered and cared for, not to have to feel guilty when your partner buys you dinner, etc. But it shouldn't be a factor in deciding whether to contact a person or not, and thus, I don't really see why it should be in a profile, especially if you don't want to be someone's sugar daddy.
