2) It must include pressure. 4) Clit stimulation must be primarily through the hood with only OCCASIONAL direct stimulation, or you are likely to get punched and/or kneed in the throat.

Thie membraane is at it's most permeable when the area in question is "fully-engorgrd," as it might become during arousal. Maybe you know, maybe you don't, but, your circulatory system ISN'T designed to transport air. If it's a good enough sized bubble, when it hits the heart it will STOP!!! Now I've been known to deliver a heart-stopping "O" or two, in my time, but it was figuratively, not literally. If you employ the technique outlined above, try to ensure you don't blow down INTO the (relatively) big, slippery cave below the "sensitive bits."
