When I read your profiles, I saw that you were very specific about what you were looking for especially as far as the age range you wanted.  Some women are not so specific. It seems to me that many dommes who say they would like a sub to assume, what most think are the female duties in a relationship, want to do it for fun rather than on a more serious basis. I may be wrong, but it appears that most of the women who want a male wife already have a husband. Unfortunately, for me that is a deal breaker. Distance is also an issue. It is just so hard to convince a domme that there are actually some submissive males out here that will relocate to them if the two of them hit it off. That isn't to say that a serious sub will be on a plane the day after they say hello on line.

I believe that dommes hear so much crap from men that they get disgusted, and when a man that is truly looking for a dominant woman comes along, there is some kind of defense built in that makes it impossible for a sub to even get a response. I've had problems with my mail on collarme, but I still don't get even a reply from many of the women I try to contact. Now, that can be because of the number of men that contact women. I can only imagine how many men chase after dommes.

I for one would travel almost anywhere to meet a domme who I thought I might connect with. That's not to say that I would move there immediately. I would want to get to know someone before I relocate to them. I've heard so many womwn say that they are contacted by men who say they would move to them after the second email. How can a man convince a domme that he is serious if he can't even get a reply to an email.

Ms. Holly and Ms. Karen, I have no doubt that you will find the man you seek. You seem to be level headed and are not willing to bend on hard limits. I would like to find a woman that has some of the qualities you possess, and truly wants a male wife, or maybe significant other. Good luck to you both.

Status: offline 		Thank you for the compliments kay.  Most of our profile has been inspired by people who ignored bits of earlier versions - claiming that "i didn't see that in there" - so I quit trying to be subtle or polite about some points lol

I'm really hoping that things go well when we finally meet with our boy. I really enjoy chatting with him, we seem to mesh in so many ways that make him seem almost too good to be true.  The only problem is getting his butt down here to meet us r/t.

This is an interesting thread. I notcie, unless I missed it, that there has been no mention of wifey duties outside of the home or wifey duties when it comes to romance and, ahem, sex! Would a male wife be barred from ever initiating sex?

Status: offline 		In this house - he would get what he came into the relationship with - the house and car are already bought in my name, the fish are Holly's, and there is no such thing as spousal maintenance in Indiana.

As as far as I know, female wives aren't barred from initiating sex, so why would a male wife be barred from it?

Status: offline 		Long before I ever got involved in any kind of kink, even long before I had any sex at all, I often told my friends I needed to find a wife rather than a husband.

Now that I'm actually married, I've grudgingly accepted that whole "marriage is a partnership" thing. My poor husband was appaled at my lack of domestic skills, but he is slowly getting used to the idea that I'm never going to be a housewifey wife.

I've decided to look for a houseboy in the future. My husband says I can have one as long as I can support him. Right now I can't, but one day. . .

Status: offline 		I too have been looking for many years. I'm beginning to believe that dommes don't believe whan a man says he will relocate. They have probably been lied to so many times. How can a sub convince a domme that he will move if the right domme comes along. Could it also be that women think if a man moves to them it's because he wants her to support him? My question is: if a domme meets a man that she wants for her "wife", and things progress favorably, who wears the wedding gown?
