The more I get paid, the less I have to do it seems.

I started out in manual labour - f'in hard work for little money. Over the last twenty years I've moved up the management ladder and now get plenty of money (though never seem to have any?) and OK, though it takes time and concentration, its not hard work by any stretch - though other office workers look at me strangely when I tell them that whatever they think, what theyre doing isnt hard work. Shifting 120lb bags of cement in the hot sun by hand - thats hard work.

Though each of my jobs thru the years have all been vastly different ( I get bored ) I have been in the printing business for 6 years now and 5 years of it as the manager of the place.

Unfortunately the new owner seems to have a severe and terminal case of cluelessness about business ownership. He is doing a bangup job of running it into the ground. I have just recently begun putting out my feelers for something new.
