I think that many of the things that we're seeing, things like children and young people committing massacres in combination with suicide pacts and other extremely heinous crimes... these things aren't done with an eye on salvation, you know. For one thing, those who believe in Jesus should know that in Christianity, suicide is an unforgivable sin. So it's ridiculous to say that these things are done with later forgiveness in mind. And I really don't think these kids are religious at all anyway, I don't think hardly any kids these days are. You don't either, really - do you? Sure, the preachers' kid used to be the biggest hellraiser around, but that isn't what I'm talking about. I'm talking more about society as a whole thinking in the back of its head that this is a sin, and that's a sin, and so they shouldn't be done. What the fuck is a sin now. You never even hear the word. These days, who stops and thinks, "Ooh - that's a SIN. I better not do THAT! I could go to HELL." Nobody. And I don't really miss that mentality, but I wonder if that's not why things are, excuse the pun, going to hell...
