Couple things strike me here:

#1 This Dominant who is presumably local to you and informed you that you're not a true slave -- first of all, you've had one meeting, and she's already taking it upon herself to categorize you so harshly?  Furthermore, expecting you to sign a contract and collar you immediately indicates to me that she is not the most stable person out there and doesn't have a good basis in reality.  Sounds like she's a control freak who doesn't care who she gets to slap around and humiliate, so long as someone's suffering.  I would recommend not pursuing anything further with this woman and putting anything that she's said to you out of your head.

#2 Write them yourself and terminate your training with them.  You may not be able to get your money back, but consider it a lesson learnt.  Just because you're a submissive does not mean you're a doormat who cannot stand up for himself when he's basically being taken along for a ride.  Although to be honest, the fact that you're so easily influenced and balking at the idea of saying "no" indicates to me that you may be suffering from some serious issues with self-esteem and self-image that need to be corrected if you're to pursue a meaningful relationship with a dominant.

#3 I believe in online training as a supplement or a fun activity for a sub to take part in, but not the be-all/end-all of learning to submit.  All dominants have their own style and their own preferences, and when a sub comes "pre-programmed" by some cheesy online academy, many real-time dominants don't want to be bothered to have to undo what's been taught and try to start from scratch.  That being said, I currently have my boy enrolled in Miss Blue's spring training as a way to help him explore his submission and hopefully to reflect on it enough that it becomes easier for him to set aside his "dominant streak" and open up to me.  I do not expect or intend him, however, to really learn to please me beyond that point from his training, simply because I have my own way of doing things that may or may not differ from what his "teacher" is presenting in his lessons.

#5 The grammar Nazi deep within me stirs in anger as it realizes that they're spelling "Mistress" incorrectly.  50 DKP minus.

EDIT:  Also, I'm agreeing with the above post.  At first I thought that perhaps Chia was just trolling, but now it really seems that he's serious.  To which it honestly seems like he's being taken for a fool by a woman who could care less whether he stays or leaves as long as he keeps paying.  Or perhaps he's getting some kind of cut from the memberships.  Either way, it's a sad state of affairs, and Dusty, I must stress that it is not wise to allow him or anyone else to beg/plead/cajole you into staying if you are not happy and it is not meeting your expectations of what you wanted in the first place.  Open your eyes and show your strength.

First rule of any online presence:

Look at the site design/layout. The crappy/scam sites look VERY cheap & shoddy (ie this one we're talking about)

Second rule:
Check for errors - Legit websites will pay a coder to design it. If She is too lazy to go through the site and check for thoroughness, typo's, programming errors (kinda hard NOT to notice, btw, theres a yellow shield icon that shows up in the lower left corner of IE. Alternate browsers have something similar.) I question whatelse She's lazy about.

Just my opinions though.
