I'll generalize a little since I figure Doms and Dommes should both be considered in this question.  To be honest, I'd rather have a Dom who is at least 35.  If you're in your early twenties, I won't consider you to be experienced enough to trust to the extent that I suspect is necessary for a good relationship.

All things being equal, I would rather be a slave to Beyonce than Whoopi Goldberg.  A mistress does not have to be Playboy beautiful, though, but to be honest, she has to be at least somewhat attractive and in my age range.  No matter how dominant or skilled, if a woman is 400 pounds and ugly, I can't devote myself to her.  On the other hand, I would rather be with a true dominant who is only somewhat attractive than a clueless or purely vanilla Miss Universe.
