Here is the news report, the actual quote that I mistakenly understood to mean that the Obama administration was sending SWAT teams out to the rigs:

I told you before on the other thread that the inspection teams are often called SWAT teams.  Especially by the people they are inspecting.

SWAT teams inspect for bombs and booby traps, or suspects, brainiac. Inspectors also inspect, but they are not SWAT teams.
