Actually this study suggests that anyone with HPV can pass on the cancer causing strains of the virus.  It's about oral to gential contact, and I doubt if it matters much whether the parties involved are straight or gay...as long as they have mouths!

In fact, I would say that women are probably safer going down on men rather than the other way around.  Since men are more biologically straightforward than women, a successful operation would probably take less time, and expose the operator to less risk, on a man than a woman.  [:D]
