Do you think the government will make us tattoo on the warning labels? The tattoo could be the universal symbol of death, the 'skull & crossbones'. Just the head shows when limp but will grow to a full body skeleton. If they do words it won't work. It would be similar to writing words on a balloon. When it not erect you couldn't read it, and once erect in an oral cavity its too late.
