i disagree with your definition of what a clique is. CM is an inernet site i joined - i don't really know anyone personally that well... i don't "run with a group" of people who are of like mind and go around bashing others for sport. In some threads i may disagree with a poster and in other threads i may agree whole h eartedly with them.

i don't agree the criteria to form a clique is just getting people who agree with you. You can certainly agree with others and not be a part of any clique. i thank others as a polite gesture - you are ascribing other motives to that which are simply not there. i have responded to those who disagree as well, since it is my thread i try to respond to everyone.
