Status: offline 		I'm new to this forum, and this is my first post, so i apologise if its in the wrong place!

Following on from the discussion about humiliating tattoos, i would appreciate some advice / opinions.

I'm thinking of getting a permanent 'humiliation tattoo', and would appreciate some suggestions of what i should get and where. My only requirements are:
1. It must be something large and obtrusive
2. It must be somewhere where its not visible when i'm fully dressed (would love something on face/neck/hands, but i want a career in law, so would not be appropriate lol)
3. It must be impossible to cover with another tattoo or remove
4. It has to be somewhere where i can see it - so not on ass / back.

Any ideas???

Status: offline 		I suspect that most of the responses will be along the lines that this is a bad idea, that you might regret it later in life and that such a tattoo will hinder  your ability to form intimate relationships all through life. (we have had this subject come up before)

I wonder about why now. Why do it to yourself? Wouldn't it  mean so much more if you wait until you find the right person, and let them decide on the what and where?

Also, and it was kind of already said in a way, but why not allow your Dominant to decide that when you have one (if you don't already)...Some really don't like them (like mine, and i have 3) So keep that in mind.

If you still decide you want to get one though, how about on your tummy? (I have one there and it hurt like hell to get it, so that can add to it for you maybe). Also, there are the breasts of course. Both of these places would allow you to see them but also be able to cover easily for career.

As far as what would be humiliating, that would all depend on you and what you find humiliating. It really is a personal thing, what humilates me may not phase another person.

So what do YOU find humiliataing?

Status: offline 		1) No tattoo is uncoverable or non-removable. I'm betting that this is a good thing.

2) Sounds very reminiscent of a post by a male dominant earlier. Search the forums and see if you can hook-up...unless, of course, you're actually him. Given that your profile is very new and this is your first post, the chances of that being true are pretty high.

No, although it is his post that i was referring to.  I didn't post there since that thread seems to have been hijacked. :)

And MasterFireMaam, no, i'm not Kurt (i don't suspect he'd go to the effort of making a 'fake' profile just to get the attention or whatever else he was after)... and i certainly am not going hook-up with him!  What he wants and what i want are different.  i hope anyway.

I would recommend you not get one - at least not yet.
You are actively seeking(profile) - any humiliation tattoo really is the last say of your dominant.  If you were more interested in open relationships it wouldnt really matter, but youre making a choice and thinking about something that will affect any future relationship.
 
You could try permenant markers first.  Having someone scribble 'whore' or some similar wording in a place that you will see daily.  These last a couple of weeks, depending on the marker and will let you have a taste.
 
As you do not want the image visable to the public, I am not really sure if it is humilation you seek, or rather a visable reminder on who you are and where you belong - that is just my take on such a thought anyway. So in that case, I would say, give yourself some more time to work out where you are and what your place is in BDSM before you starting thinking about such gestures - especially when you say you have no realtime experience as yet.

I don't have a dominant at the moment, and anyway this is something i want to do for me, rather than another person.

I was thinking breasts and tummy. The pain isn't such a great thing for me, since i have  low pain tolerance.

I was thinking a handprint on each breast and large writing underneath, all in black. Not sure what wording to have, 'slut' or 'whore' or something like that. Any suggestions?

To be honest, i don't know whether i will go through with this, i do like the idea but would definitely be put off by the pain. Also explaining to the tattoo artist what i wanted might be difficult.

Status: offline 		My friends has a hand print on each hip with hold on for the ride of your life tattoed between it.  She is humiliated by it now and regrets getting drunk and having it done.. As the proud owner of ten tattoos I cant really say dont go for it but seriously whats humiliating about it ? People have crazy tattoos evrywhere and ive seen some right weird ones but It didnt make me laugh at them or look at them funny?

What if you have this tattoo done and then you dont like it?
I like the advice of wait 3 years and see if you still want it lol.
They are painful to have done but not unbearable.
Id love to have my whole back coloured in but I then sit and think my Um has to look at me and I wouldnt want them to be embaressed by it., if i still want it colouring in when she si older then I'll go for it but im pretty sure ill have changed my mind by then.
There just seems like better ways to humiliate yourself than doing something so permanent.  But if you are 100% sure make sure you use a reputable tattoist and take time to find the right design.

If you want a career in law, I would suggest deciding which is more important to you. If the career in law is more important, I would suggest getting something that is symbolic rather then obvious. One tattoo that I joke about getting is along those lines. It's my understanding that Japanese term for tit-fucking literally means "lily in the valley". Ever since learning this, I have joked about getting a lily tattooed between my breasts so that I was constantly being breast fucked. It would be an odd tattoo but it wouldn't require the same amount of explaining as "whore". Or, if you really want that, perhaps a foreign (and obscure language) could be advisable.

You have to decide where the line is between self abuse (limiting the professional and relationship potential of your life) and getting your humiliation rocks off. Start with low and variable humiliation, and then go further is you decide that you need to. The cunt would be good because if you wanted to add to the thrill you could wear short skirts without panties. If you wanted to go further you could add a flashing hood piercing. It would be easy for you to adjust the humiliation to the environment that you are in. With this sort of thing you could also allow your partner to humiliate you by having you flash.

As for ideas.. it would depend a lot mor on what you find personally humiliating/exciting. Reviewing the link you posted (*thumbs up*) I would suggest for starters something small-ish, and not in an intimate part of your body. If you really like the tattoo afterwards, or feel that the one you have is not "bold" enough, you can always add.

Also, since this is for your own personal enjoyment, not only would you want it someplace you can see, but specifically a place you can see while masturbating. I don't know how you do this, so I can't suggest a specific place. The theme should be along the lines of the things you think of while masturbating. Maybe it doesn't even have to be a word, or words, but some kind of symbol or representation of your thoughts...
