To be clear this is about my opinion on the illusion that that wether there is one oword or a thousand on an intro letter, a person will respond based on their attraction, wether to their photo or profile first and foremost. So why should I or anyone waste their time typing a great intro if more often than not it is going to be a waste of time?

I don't look at anyone's photo or profile usually until I'm somewhat interested in him, which would probably be around the second or third meaningful letter exchanged between us. It wouldn't even get to that point if he said "hi" and nothing else. Personally I write my intro emails based on what's presented in the profile of the woman I'm writing to...commenting on what they've told me.   So one word emails are pretty much non-existent as I don't write if there's insufficient information there for me to base an opinon.  Here is what I've noticed given the tools at my disposal.  Most of my emails show up as read.  Many more than show up as deleted unread.  So most subs and slaves are in fact reading the emails.  Using the times whos viewed my screen and comparing the m to the times the emails are read, the emails are being read first before they look at my profile. 

I think part of the reason for them not wanting a one word email is the amount of garbage that floods their inboxes.  If you're getting 200 emails a day and all they say is hi...doesn't give them much to go on does it?  Having more information in the email shows them that it isn't a canned email you've copied to 500 other subs and that you may actually have the ability to start a conversation or that you even bothered to read about them a little.
