Well there are a few options. First though, surgery and those enlargement pills and creams don't work.

1) There are these penis enlargers that are basically a hollow dildo. As he needs to do is slide that into place and go to town.

That always just seemed like too much work to me. Since most of my dildos already feel better to my body than most normal penises, no matter their size and length, I have no problem making the switch.

the penis enhancer is completely fine.

You can even get ones with different thickness depending on how wide things are needed and different "textures" for you on the outside or him on the inside so that's kinda fun.
