I think there are a lot (certainly not all women, just a lot) of women who are rather down on the male gender, who while they find males feed their needs sexually, really don't have an appreciation for the male gender.  Most women have had relationships with the types of males who who could taint the views of how she perceives the male gender as a whole.

I will be honest and say that....  I know exactly what I don't want in a male submissive.  I want someone who does not fit into what most would perceive as the 'typical male'.  While I want a male to look like a male, I want him to be in touch with his feminine side and see the world through  a more of a feminine point of view.  I no longer want that "bad boy" type of male I would have gone after once upon a time.

However, while some women might want to take out aggression on the male gender on behalf of negative male experiences, I have come to adopt a special fondness for the type of male I have described above.  While I do enjoy some sadistic activities because its simply a turn-on for me, I consider it affection or love towards another as I would only want to share such affection with someone I deeply connected with. 

I think that the male gender often has to prove to  the female gender that 'he' isn't one of the bad ones.  It's unfortunate really, as there are some wonderful males out there.  I am sure the same could be said about women, but I have no experience with that side of things.

Wow..... been here two whole days and you've already cast judgement on him as being an asshole?

Yes there are times I want to get in touch with my non-existent inner domina and pop domiguy on top of the head with a ruler for making smartass remarks at seemingly inappropriate times.... but if you pay attention, he's a good guy and often provides us with some much needed reality checks, cleverly disguised as domiguy-speak... not to mention the much needed and appreciated giggles.

Status: offline 		I don't hate anyone because of their (fill in your generalization here). There are particular people that I do not like and those would be the haters. The ones who hate women, men, gays etc etc. I have no use for those people and rather then hate them I just ignore their existence. Hey it works for me.

Status: offline 		i've thought about this question a lot...and it's kind of scary to know that there are Dom/mes out there who do use their "position" to express their hatred of the opposite sex (or same sex for that matter)...and i agree with LA...it cannot be (or lead to) a healthy dynamic.

I don't think I could hate anyone. There is just some male gender body parts I don't want to look at, either friendly like or non friendly like.

I dont hate anyone, just the stupid,dumb and ignorant stuff that spews out of their mouths and through their behaviours.  (This has nothing to do with tammy's post, just giving my general opinion here.)

However, I cant see that I lack compassion for mankind, be it male or female, that I could ever forgo what my heart tells me to do, and not make an attempt to help anyone in dire need of food, clothing, shelter, medical attention and the like.

I do agree with you, tammy.  I totally ignore malicious, dumb and ignorant people should their words/behaviour bring harm to themselves.  Also, I let the ones who choose to deal with them to make their own conclusions based on what theyve seen and heard, just as I have.
