IMO, being able to relax and be sensual with your partner(s), not rushing towards a goal, exploring each other's bodies and relaxing with a warm bath, massage, some good wine, etc goes a long way to lowering performance anxiety. (Don't have too much of the wine or the man may not be able to perform.) Setting the mood with lighting and music also alters the mood and lessens the tensions of everyday life. Fondling, watching each other masturbate and assisting, using toys and experimenting with tactile sensations, one person receiving oral attention without having to respond in kind, etc. Use your minds and your imaginations to turn yourselves on and connect with each other. quote:
ORIGINAL: SimplyMichael Some people understand that sex isn't a sporting event and that finishing isn't always the goal. As a dominant, I have to take care of my partner who desires to ensure my pleasure. If I have cum to many times or withheld my own orgasm for too long, it just might not happen and sometimes I don't want the focus to be on my pleasure. It isn't something I would do long term and it isn't anything I would be doing with my partner.
