Maybe we can be friends, I assure you that you are mistaken in the asumption that I'm an obnoxious little twirp with a victim complex and an axe to grind. That is not me at all. I just thought my my expereience was worth discussing on a bdsm forum. I thought that was what the forum was for. But it seems my post was taken as an unwelcome bit of troublemaking. I hope you all realise that it was not anything more than an attempt to have a discussion with likeminded people about a bad experience I had just gone through. Nothing more nothing less.

I hope that puts everything in perspective and we can all be friendly now

who's not being friendly?  I've thanked you many times over for your lovely words re: my character....I never called you an obnoxious little twerp and I didn't say you had a victim complex (you did that just now),  but you did have an axe to grind.

Status: offline 		Yes it is unfortunate that there are Dommes who do demand tribute from a sub/slave to prove good intentions and to weed out the not so serious ones. Many pro Dommes are legit and they are providing a service, though non sexual, because there is a niche for this type of service. It's akin to a gay sub who is looking for a Master/Sir for a relationship and running into Masters who demand sex in the first meeting. This works for some but not for all. Just like dating in the vanilla world, a person has to pay their dues by weeding through the masses before finding one that is appropiate for their wants and needs and desires.

edited to add: at one time or another we all had to "suck it up" and understand that not everything will be the way we want it to be. As with everything in life, you have the good and the not so good. Life is much easier when one develops a thick skin towards what we don't like and continue on.

Id say nearly 11 yrs in San Fran as a lifestyle domme doesn't make me green or wet behind the ears...and I never said you weren't worthy of sex. I just said that "I did not have sex with my subs"...perhaps if you stopped and thought before you typed and stopped putting words in others mouths, then you wouldn't have so many people coming down on you. Please tell me as simply as you can. I think non pro Dommes shouldnt demand cash from people they have never met. That is my point, plain and simple.

Is you're point that I should not express my view? Is what I have said above actually wrong or is it the fact that I said it that you take exception to?

Yes I'm confused. Are you saying that it's cool for non pro Dommes to make cash requests before they show their pictures or are you just saying that it is uncool for me to raise the subject here?

Very true, I was just airing my view and talking about an experience that happened a coule of days ago. I'm hardly holding on to it and carrying it about. I just like to chat about what happens in my life and people saw that as being subversive and whiney.
