I just read this entire thread in one sitting so i have many thoughts. I probably won't remember most of them [8\|] First and foremost i am in great distress. How could i possibly have watched firefly as many times as i have and not seen a D/s connection. Please somebody enlighten me before i go crazy. Ok, now i'm going to visit castlerealm and make a more on topic post. :)

People get "here" from diverse paths. Mine was a site called Takeninhand.com which is more D/s and not much BDSM at all. Does it matter how we got here as long as it was SSC? And, dont we tend to go more deeply into "this" once we realize who we are and what has been missing?

Hi folks-- The woman who's an anguisette (Phaedra) is the protagonist of a series of fantasy novels by Jacqueline Carey (the Kushiel series). She combines several genres (fantasy, alternate history, intrigue, and BDSM) in the series, and I enjoyed them for the complexity of the plot lines and characters. thornhappy
