Go ahead tell me that Someone who has put THAT much time and energy into the lifstyle is ruining it.

Just because your time isn't as valuable to you or the s-types approaching you to be able to charge and get paid for it doesn't mean that others' time aren't that valuable.. They're the one's in charge of the exchange. The s-type accepts the exchange by choosing to articipate. And if a term of that exchange is payment in cash then so be it. They consent to that by doing it in the first place. And if that's not what they're looking for then they have the choice to not do it. No one is forcing anyone here to pay to talk under pain of death.

I'm so freaking happy for my gay friends that the real world isn't this vehiment and sterotypical about sexual orientation. Otherwise my brother would be thrown into a mall without a key.

Identifiying as a submissive and discussing pay to play has NOTHING to do with paying to play yourself.
They arn't whining because they arn't paying to play-they simply think its a BS bussiness model. Newsflash. This is a free site. Probably the majority of users don't enjoy paying for gratification and thats their choice.

When all these people with thousands of posts jump on newbies discussing a topic for the first time, it makes it look like you're insecure and have a reason to fear for your relation's profession. Cops, lawyers have their profession dumped on every day. Do their friends and families rush in to 'save' them?

It also makes it look like you're all too socially marginalized to deal with people on an equal footing and have to resort to sexual orientation to feel superior.

There is nothing less dominant than letting a bunch of new poster's threaten your belifs on a subject and falling back on your status quo of online friends to bully away the dissenting opionions.

Nothing says 'WIIWD' is unhealthy like the intolerance and fear all you people have for a differant opionion being discussed.

Idea. If its an old topic to you, fucking don't read the posts.

Stop assuming what goes on in other peoples bedrooms gives you a right to criticise those sexually experimenting for the first time. Be glad this 'lifestyle' is ligitimate enough to encompass differant views.

Please do ignore, not respond to, or downright block me. Then I'll know my posts are being read and responded to by people emotionally secure enough to have something to contribute.Tell me I should leave the site and I'll just be encouraged to stick around and show newbies there are actually some sane, sucessful, and happy people in the lifestyle.

And for the LOVE OF GOD AND FELLOW MAN either stop the bashing like this or I wish you all would stop saying every other post how tolerant you are of differnt views and lifestyles.

I'm not tolerant. I like the world the way it is my life. And anybody who has a bitch about how their life is, and mostly it comes in what they can't get (free or costly) is responsible for making that change. My point in this is don't put it off on the people who are doing what they need to do to be happy...ie charging people to talk or play or whatever. It's one individual's responsibility to make themselves happy and that one individual's responsibility alone. If ya don't like it stop doin it....just don't expect anybody else to stop doing what it is they're doing in the process...especially if it happens to work for them.

And there's nothing bullshit about the business model of supply and demand. They supply a service because the demand is there. And in the course of doing so they ghet their bills paid new shoes or whatever else they want. Same damned thing we all do when we go to work every fuckin day. These people just happen to not be running the same rat race others do. They are a little bit more in charge of the race it self.

i still like chocolate covered in gold foil better......coins don't taste very good...but they can buy you more chocolate..hmmm

anyway...i didn't read the whole post by ChainsandFreedom but i did notice the word intolerance in the context of it being bad...umm i am intolerant and i am judgemental...and if anyone tells you they are not either of these things, they are full of shit...i can garuntee, i can find something they are intolerant of or judgemental of...we say those words like some sort of cape of kinky holiness is going to drape about our shoulders if we say them enough and we will elevate to some level of even higher kinkiness...but...in reality...we all do it...what we do with our intolerance or our judgement is what makes us a little different, in most cases, than the general population...i don't protest outside abortion clinics because i don't want anyone protesting outside a leather event i go to...the whole do unto others as you would have them do unto you thing...but its my moral code...not asking anyone else to go by it..just what i do...

take care...go forth and be intolerant and judge, i give you permission [:D]...just try not to strangle too many people in the process...
