So long as you aren't "dancing" with your trees.

And it's cool to love your trees... as long as you don't *love* your trees...

I prefer to just sit in trees and shoot at things on the ground...but there is a small amount of hugging going on while Im climbing up and down.....

I thank you all for your thoughts on this.  Just know that no all people need or want to be hugged.  Some save it for special occasions where it means something more.   And PLEASE don't think that if you force a hug on someone time after time, that they are going to like it.

But thanks for the thought :)

As long as there's some amount of emotional connection, I'm an "open hugger". I believe that physical touching is too much of a taboo. It's getting better but, with all the "chin music" about "loving everyone, everywhere" (you know, all the remnants of the "hippy thing"?), I think we need to practice a little more of what we preach and I do my best to do that.

I had this horrid mental image of a large phallic shaped tree being climbed up and down on.  I blame your previous post and all the mental images of orgies.

Time to sign off.  Reality left left the building.

Oh dear, I hope that humping is a privilege and not a duty!

Do you mean humping for free or humping because you are grateful to have someone who will let you hump them?

what are the rules on gratuitous humping?...

I was thinking it was humping over and above the call of duty.

Ahh the south :) Now if they follow that hug up with a "bless your heart" and a pat on the head.. DECK 'EM!!!!!

I spent ten years living in North Carolina... one of the greatest things about being out of that state is I never hear "good lord willin'" or "bless your heart" anymore.

And to stay slightly on topic, don't touch me. Especially from behind. Unless I've given explicit permission. That includes hugs, claps on the shoulder, and anything else.

Unless you're cute. Then all rules are abandoned. ;)

(Quick edit- While I don't like strangers/semi-friends/etcetera touching me, most of my friends, male or female, get met with hugs, some of which qualify as bear. Family not so much, but that's a whole different can of worms.)
