ok seriously if it was a punishment to be accepted or walk .. I honestly think I would walk ... Most of my working life is spent in steel caps and smelling of diesel I value the femininity of my personal life and my hair is very much a part of my self esteem/image. It is also a big part of my comfort, having it brushed or stroked is a serious good girl reward ... having his hand playing with it absently while watching TV, the feel of his fingers intwined it it while he kisses me, or durring play ... all of these things are a security/comfort to me ... to loose this in my life would be devestating. To punish me with something of that magnitude would seriously compromise the relationship ... so I am better off just walking.

If he seriously wanted me to get annother hair style that involved cutting it off ... it is close to a hard limit but if he really really would prefer it in a shorter style ... if it was really really important to him and we could find some sort of compromise that I could live with ... maybe ... I seriously want to please him and I want the way I look to be pleasing ... it would create turmoil and maybe if I could find a way to do this for him without real damage to me ... maybee... but if he cares about me, understands me, and truely knows who I am ... I do not think he would ask this of me ... so again I come to this would cast doubt and even mistrust into the relationship for me, perhaps it would be better to reaccess the relationship than to cut my hair.

Change the colour on a whim even ... hell yeah what ever rocks his boat I will give a fly ... but I make a lousy blonde and have pics to prove it lol.

Okay, I'm going to share something that actually went through my mind yesterday, not hair cutting, but similar, but better, sort of. Crap, I'm probably going to delete this for fear that someone will put it to use against me some day. First off, my hair is very important to me. I love having a long mane of reckless waves. A forced full haircut would be a cold sweat, blood curdling nightmare. Now yesterday someone mentioned that kinky uses could be made of a bunsen burner in my lab. As various scary things flashed through my mind, one of them was torturously having a few strands of my hair lit on fire. Yikes!!!!!! I’m terrified to admit it did kind of turn me on.

I'm with the majority - it would be horrible to have my hair cut. I had the short-like-a-boy cut in college and it did NOT look good. Then, I did the 'Locks of Love' thing last year and even though it was still touching my shoulders, it was waaayyyyy shorter than I thought it would be. I'm still convinced she cut off much more than she needed to. I was so unhappy with that, I can't imagine getting it shaved off.

It would have to be an EXTREMELY WELL-DESERVED punishment for something ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE that I did to the love of my life and not a whim though....

I think I'm in the minority here...really, it wouldn't be a punishment for me, because I've always been very curious about being bald, and sometimes even fantasize about it. part of the reason is because I do have so much hair and it grows very quickly, which I realize to some seems like a luxury, to me it's kind of a big pain in the butt. takes forever to wash, and for it to dry, and it's like wearing a fur coat on your head in the summertime.

I don't think it would ever be done as a punishment to me because Master sez he considers my hair (length, color, waviness) as part of being "me". not necessarily as something that's attractive to him, but as much a part of me as my personality or shoe size.

besides, if the Dom/me likes to pull hair, then who is it really punishing?

Punishment, to me, is not meant to be enjoyed. I know there are those who do mock punishments, or play punishments, setting each other up for falls, but it's part of how they are.

For me though, being punished means I've failed, completely and utterly. The thought of being aroused by failure is just -well -alien to me.

And my hair being cut? Not my choice, I can't see it ever being done as a punishment because what would it teach me other than how to live with short hair again after 8 years of it being grown out?

Hell no lol .... It is actually funny that you say this though as I recently put a Black Cherry through my hair with rather startling results ... I have never worn my hair so dark ... still red highlights espeacially in the sun or when light catches it ... but my eyes they have never looked soooo blue ... the effect is very very nice ... I think I will keep it this really dark red ... I have grown quite fond of it lol.

slave to vainity ... but always in a healthy way lol.
