Isn't that what a stable is? I've got a stable of slaves, they all have their use, non are for sexual purposes (except for ladies) although I've had in the past had the very skilled 'tonguy' is I nicknamed him, I have had up to 12 slaves at some point, doing various chores, massages, shopping...etc. They do not live with me, but come when I need them. I like to refer to them as 'My harem of of slaves' as I can pick and choose which one I want to see and when I want to see him/her, and they all fight for my attention and favours.

I think people are using the terms "stable" and "harem" in rather similar ways in this thread. I've had up to 3 subs/slaves at one period in my life. I loved having that much variety cause I never got bored but because of how I function personally they did not compete for my attention and I strove to balance time for all of them. I think I learned that a husband plus 3 others is about my limit.

Yes and have had up to 4 people living in my home serving me. Today I have a stable of slaves that all serve me in different ways. They come to visit me, I visit them and I really like it this way. As I get older I really need space and alone time. I would consider a live-in but it would have to be a very special person that was like me in that they needed alone time or knew how to move gently in my space. I could really use a good domestic that enjoyed catering to a very busy Goddess.

I had a sub write me about this recently - apparently he had found other male submissives who were also interested in this in a way. He thought around four submissives would be fun - although he was very into Female Supremacy, which is obviously not an interest of everyone. He thought that a female, with four men supporting and taking care of her, could then raise to a higher level in her life, and this would be a great form of evolution. I don't know about all of that - I'd love to have at least a few slaves living with me - the only thing I don't want to be bothered with is them not getting along/jealousy. They would have to come to an understanding. If you find this, let me know ;)

Owning multiple slaves is definitely on my agenda. I would never have more than four at a time though because I believe strongly in my responsibilities as an owner. I also don't go for fly-by-night slaves. Any taken will be strictly long term. I know a lot of women prefer having just one male for emotional issues but I have found comfort in having more than one. I also don't have kids and that makes a big difference.

Can you really get too much of a good thing? I guess it is all how you handle it. Too much chocolate will make me fat, unless I spend enough time in the gym! lol I have quite a few subs (even as a pro I am EXTREMELY picky and want a real D/s relationships - not fantasy fullfilment), but I take my responsibility very seriously, and any sub that is in my stable is very LUCKY[:D]. The relationship I have with each is different than the others, and I am honest and they all know they are one of many, and a few may get jealous if I mention something another one has done to please me, but that just makes them try harder to serve me and be my favorite! LIFE IS GOOD!!!

I would love to have several subs/slaves - both male and female. Not as live-in slaves, but more as play/part time partners with a commitment to me - and to the group/family as a whole. In a best-case scenerio, they would all be bisexual so that everyone could play with everyone else (at my whim and under my direction, of course). The only way I see this actually working is to allow - and expect - everyone to be fond of each other, have some level of attraction to the others, and have a commitment to the group. This would satisfy my every sexual and bdsm need. :-D Fantasies are so much fun!

I couldn't do it if they were live-in. I like my privacy far too much and I need a lot of quiet time. When I have several submissives around, they each need individual attention - fair enough - and I just don't have an endless supply of energy to meet each person's needs. I've had people tell me that they're happy just serving and that they don't need anything back from me, but that's definitely not true. It's nice having people around to do take care of chores and assist when needed, but getting people trained to know what it is I need and how I like things AND making sure that they're happy as submissives is a lot of work. People who've never trained submissives or service slaves are always telling me, "Why don't you just get a slave for that?" Nah. More trouble than it's worth.
