this is a good point... but I will state this to put thought out there....
because a person defends the right to choose... doesn't equate to allowing the person to Exercise that choice.
I think RRafe capture this point very early in the thread that seemed to be missed by many

But, The question is raised "where does one's nose begin"... we don't need to assume this to have a direct implication on us as a person.... the indirect consequences of someones actions can all so be considered. And, it's not just a question of Physical consequence... but emotional, Intellectual and even spiritual consequences to ourselves can prompt us to action to prevent a person or group of individuals from exercising their choice............ mmmmmmm then this issue goes to the concept of the Community vrs the Individual and societies have long struggled with that concept. It's a shifting line in the sand at best I am thinking.
