It's just another case of hearing about it though. There are plenty of rich people out there who get in trouble with the law all the time. We just don't get it pushed in our faces. Being a celeb means maximum publicity of all you do.

It's not a UK thing then or certainly not that i've heard.
We shorten it to cos, or i certainly do and those i know.
It's that old USA to UK translation thing lol

Status: offline 		shortening it to "cos" is an internet bastardization from all indication...people from all over the world do it...there are all kinds of words we do it to...wot, nekkid, cummere, wanna....but there are proper ways to spell those words...what, naked, come here, and want to....doesn't make them less understandable, just less "proper"....to me, with the mind set of being currently in college and having to write papers...its like seeing txt spk to most people on these boards....

I also agree that whinge is a regional word and not widly used in the english language. In fact a friend of mine (who is an Aussie) was reading the post and also thought she missspelled whine. I also agree that none of us who use these MBs give a shit about our spelling and grammar.

And BTW Yes I am an English Major, (was even kicked out of a college because of some of the papers I published) I also have a major in Philosophy, a minor in Writing, and an associate in Applied Quantum  Mechanics (don’t ask). I also graduated high school a year early and passed the McAuthor Institute’s IQ test with a 170 back when you had to have at least a 150 to be a genius. But I think they lowered the national standard to 140 now. Any who, when your done trying (and failing) to make your self feel better about your inadequacies by trying to tear me down, I wish you good day.

Ach no I'm not proud of getting chucked out of college, but then again I wasn't  exactly heartbroken to leave. Lesson here never write a paper comparing a major religion to bad politics.

I didn't go to college either but i have worked hard to get where i am.
I could have gone the easy route and slept my way to the top (believe it or not) but nope like you i chose the work hard route.

FUCK THE HARD ROUTE! If I could sleep my way to the top I would! Cause trust me I dont live in this shit hole of a town for my health. Actually I live about 30 miles or less from the worst (to my knowledge) nuclear spill in america, thats not healthy.
